Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place butter in 8 1/2" x 11" metal baking pan then place the pan in oven to melt butter.
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, flour and vanilla extract together in large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Remove pan from oven and spread melted butter around in the bottom of the pan.
- Pour egg mixture into hot pan and place in oven. Bake for 60-70 minutes until crust gets golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve with berry jam, syrup, or sugar.
Serves 6-8.
